I built InternShip Ahmedabad after watching too many talented juniors spend 6 months on generic job portals to land their first internship.
Ahmedabad has 60+ IT firms actively hiring interns every month. They don’t want resumes from Bangalore. Students want roles in their own city, with companies they can visit in person. There was no platform that connected the two — so I built one.
The model is simple. Every internship is vetted by us. Every student is pre-screened over a 15-minute call. The whole flow happens on WhatsApp — the app every student already has open. No logins. No CV uploads. No “thanks for applying, we’ll get back to you” emails that never come.
It started in March 2025 as a Google Sheet. Today, 60+ companies post regularly, 180+ students have been placed, and the platform receives 200+ inquiries every week.
